Biolojic’s platform generates antibodies that bind to predefined epitopes, thus allowing for the design of specific functions: agonism, antagonism and selective binding.
The platform also generates multi-specific antibodies that act as logic gates executing “and” or “or” function and can serve as molecular switches.
Biolojic’s computational technology mimics the way the immune system makes antibodies. Trained on all known antigen-antibody pairs and vast data sets of human antibody repertoires, the Machine Learning algorithms rationally designs specific, highly selective, and effective functional antibodies that can execute new biological programs.
